CANCELLATION POLICY
The Wax Box Cancellation Policy At The Wax Box, we value your time and ask that you value ours as well. To provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy: Cancellations or Reschedules: We require at least 4 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 4 hours' notice will automatically forfeit your deposit. No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without any notice will be banned from future booking. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply. Booking Requirements: A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen.
